Cur?
Photography is a malleable format - even a straight image can be manipulated by context and definition. I want to capture, contain, and possess everything I see (visually, conceptually) before I have the opportunity to forget

Quem ad modum?
Most often to construct a photographic essay revolving around aspects of the human condition, or facets of ideology within modern society. The concept is important, but so is visual stimulus

Quibus adminiculis?
All the images on this website were shot on film with a minimum of editing. Almost every shot used Fuji 160 film. Equipment I have used, but am not limited to: Hasselblad / Leica / Mamiya / Pentax. Generally the work is medium format, but I always carry a Leica CL in case.
