The Prisoner - 2010

"Nothing's holding me here. The door's unlocked.
It's all in my control. Things don't have to be this way.
It's all in my control"




This project initially illustrated the feeling of
imprisonment at living in the family home. Shortly after
taking the images I was hit by a car and stuck for a
few months due to weakness following a broken arm.

The helplessness from the accident transformed the
prison from something in my control to something I
couldn't change.
